Need quick assistance? Our On-Demand Support service is designed for customers who are not enrolled in our managed service contract. This secure tool allows our support technicians to remotely access your workstation and resolve your issue efficiently.
Important:

If your company restricts user-installed applications, kindly reach out to your local administrator for assistance.
To help expedite the process, we’ve provided an example email with all the necessary information for your local administrator.
MAC Users: Please request a PIN from your technician. You will need to enter this PIN during the installation process.

Our On-Demand Support tool facilitates a secure remote connection between a Tekro technician and the end user, allowing us to efficiently diagnose and resolve technical issues. Please note that all remote support sessions will be billed at your contract rates.
